All information you choose to give us is kept confidential, and is not shared with other people or organizations. When we
send Emails to our group list, each is individually addressed so as not to expose your address to others. We respect your privacy.
NOTE:
To
be added to our Email list you must request it. We do not automatically add you to our list just because you contacted us with a question
or comment.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
For addition to our Email list we need your:
- Email address, and at
least a first name, with last name optional. Our Email newsletter is brief, and infrequent. Usually less than 3 a month.
You can remove yourself from our distribution by responding to the Email with REMOVE as the Subject line. At our option we may send
one additional Email to you for confirmation of your request for removal.
When registering for an event at Serendipity Meadows
we will need your:
- Email address
- Phone number
- First and last name
- Full mailing address
- Contact in case of emergency (only
necessary for any overnight events, such as our "Women's Empowerment Weekend")
