FINDING YOUR INNER LIGHT FOR THE HOLIDAYS – November 24, 2019

Give yourself the first gift of the holiday season, so you can give of your best self to others. Step back from the pressure and get centered. Connect with yourself and those who have crossed over to the unseen realms. Holidays tap into different memories and emotions for different people. For some, the holiday season means everything bright, wonderful, and magical. For others, it means a heavy workload of food to prepare, gifts to purchase, social events to attend, and long distance travel to be done which pulls away them from their daily schedules. While for others, holidays are a reminder of that which they have lost and will never regain through the loss of loved ones through death or relationship discord.

THE SETTING SUN SAGES

Ellen Zuby and Debbie Pietruszka, good friends for almost twenty years, are THE SETTING SUN SAGES. When seeking a name for themselves, they decided this name described them perfectly because they have many decades of life experience and wisdom. They also feel the name is a perfect match for both of them at the very core of who they are and what they believe.

In First Nation teachings, Setting Sun Women are keepers of the dreams and goals of tomorrow. They focus primarily on accessing our inner wisdom in order to live our Truth. They recognize that they as “elders” are granted a unique and special opportunity to help people living currently as well as guardians for the next seven generations.

Ellen and Debbie present classes and workshops to promote self development and empowerment. Not only are their events educational and informative, they are also fun and inspiring.

ABOUT US

Ellen Zuby has always been interested in the way people’s minds work. A student of psychology and related subjects, she is continually learning and increasing her knowledge with classes and study. Tarot and other divination tools, astrology, and using our psychic abilities are part of the teaching she shares. She welcomes questions about anything and everything, but is not really good with math. After spending 30 years as an educator and mentor in the public school system, she is currently “retired,” living in the middle of the woods with her husband and cats and over 1000 books, most of which she has read.

She has a small business, a popup boutique, “elen and tuka” in which she combines her love of fabric, color, and uniqueness in a curated collection of women’s accessories and clothing.
You can learn more about her at elenandtuka.biz

Debbie Pietruszka, is the founder of Serendipity Meadows, a healing arts center. She sees clients for pain and stress management, intuitively blending her decades of training and experience in traditional and holistic medicine to help her clients easily and successfully move forward in their lives.

After working for over thirty- one years in traditional medicine, she does not consider herself “retired” but “rewired”. She looks at Life as an adventure to be enjoyed and loves to learn. Debbie is a perpetual student, frequently taking courses in multiple areas of study and also reading many of her hundreds of books to remain informed in areas concerned with her clients’ issues.

She has a bright , positive, creative view of Life and the people of all ages who she encounters. Debbie enjoys sharing with others her youthful curiosity sprinkled with a sense of humor and a dose of life wisdom.

How To Cope With Your Challenging Dreams – Sunday, April 7, 2019

Ellen Zuby and Deb Pietruszka will present on a topic that has been requested by attendees at their previous DREAM classes.

Sunday,  April 7, 2019   1:30pm to 3:30pm    COST: $15.00 per person.

Do you have frightening dreams or nightmares that suddenly awaken you out of a sound sleep?  What about those recurring dreams that may frequently occur?  Or how about those psychic dreams which seem to foretell the future, whether with good news or bad?  Or have you ever seemed to have a visitation dream where someone close to you, a family member or friend, appears and the dream seems so real?  All of these different challenging dreams bring some forms of messages to you.  Some of the messages can be very heartwarming, while others may seem terrifying.

In this class, Ellen and Deb will identify the types of dreams and provide techniques on how to use these challenging dreams to gain the needed information in a positive way.  Attendees are welcome to bring samples of their own types of challenging dreams to share.

Open the Door to your Hidden Treasures

Connect to your Best Self

November 10, 2018  1:00 to 7:00 PM

This retreat is presented  by Debbie Pietruszka, Ellen Zuby, and Deb Zobel.  We are referred to collectively as The Amethyst Girls because we all celebrate our birthdays in February.  We also have in common our sincere desire to be actively involved in women’s empowerment.

Deb Pietruszka is trained in traditional and complementary medicine as a therapist for 35 years; Ellen Zuby is an elder in the community who studies women’s empowerment and personal growth; and Deb Zobel is a holistic lifestyle advocate, practitioner and yoga teacher.

In this fast paced and demanding world, we women often minimize and are even unaware of our talents and strengths.  Perhaps we have downplayed them or forgotten to honor them because we have been too caught up in our  never-ending responsibilities.  We decided to host a retreat for  women who deserve a brief respite to reconnect with their core through a harmonious blend of experiences, reflection and sharing with other like-minded women.

Cost:  $75.00 per person.  Snacks and dinner will be provided.  Registration deadline is November 8, 2018.

Online registration and payment can be made through the Facebook page for The Amethyst Girls under the event.  Click Here to Signup.

For those of you with any questions or who desire to pay by check, please contact Debbie Pietruszka at 484-632-9300.
