When I was 14 years old, my younger sister was hit by a car, resulting in multiple injuries which took a long time to heal. It was a difficult time for her and our family.

Over time, she was able to return to school but experienced lingering memory difficulties and emotional challenges in returning to her previous life of being a normal 13-year-old girl.

I know from this first-hand experience what it is like for each member of the entire family to be impacted by trauma and ongoing medical issues. Living with the chronic stress connected with this situation certainly created unique responses from each of us.

As a teenager, I was still figuring things out. Being very curious, I was drawn to studying the readings of Edgar Cayce, hypnotherapy, and reincarnation. I kept my knowledge of these areas a secret until I reached my thirties and forties because I felt many people would not understand.

Two of the major chapters in my life have been with my first husband and since his death. We were married just over 24 years when he died suddenly from massive pulmonary emboli. That year was certainly full of major life changes for me. I became a widow and a grandmother in the same year.
On the very day my first husband died, I saw only two choices for me in moving forward without him. Either I could mourn him the rest of my life, making myself and everyone around me miserable or I could be that free spirit I knew I was always meant to be. I chose to be a free spirit.

That’s how I moved into integrative healing work. I remember when I took my first Reiki class. It was like my body woke up and I remembered I had done this work over multiple lifetimes.

As my skill deepened, I started having prophetic dreams. I just knew things and I didn’t know how I knew them. The more I studied, the more I was guided into other avenues of integrative healing work. I loved energy medicine, and I immersed myself into enhancing my intuition.

Now, I’ve learned to trust myself, trust my intuition, and trust Divine timing. I have learned to truly go with the flow.

Jim, my second husband, and I now run Serendipity Meadows, a healing arts center that combines a wide range of integrative therapies such as integrative healing, hypnotherapy, psychic readings, aromatherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Bio-Energy Healing, and Healing Touch for Animals.

People often ask me why I keep doing this work. I could easily rest on my laurels. but that is not what my life is about.

Like you, I’ve had times of loss and grief; times when I wasn’t sure of myself and felt stuck, when everything in my life seemed hard and heavy.

And that’s why I do this work because I remember why I came back to earth. I know that my skills are needed here. I, along with other healing facilitators, are here to help shine a light in the world.

And that’s what I’d like to do for you, help you shine your light! Whether it’s health, releasing old fears, thinking about a career change, or something else, it’s my life’s work to help you to deeply understand your life, lift you up, and confidently move you forward in the direction of your dreams.

It would be my honor to be your guide on this earthly journey!
