A. No. Prior to taking you into a deep state of relaxation, together we create suggestions to use during the session. You are aware of sounds in the environment and the comfort level of your body throughout the session. We pride ourselves on basing our treatments on honesty and integrity.
Q. If I come to you to stop smoking or lose weight, how effective are the techniques?
A. When the client is truly motivated and invested in positive results, the hypnotherapy techniques are very effective.
