Space Rental
We are nestled on a ten acre property at the dead end of a country road located in Upper Bucks County, PA, just a five minute drive from the Quakertown exit of the PA Northeast Extension of Rt. 476.
We love the serene, natural beauty here and enjoy sharing it with others. The open and spacious fields and gardens provide guests with a welcoming sense of simplicity. This rustic setting is enhanced with a log home, pond, and large meditation gardens bordered by woods.
After discontinuing space rentals here during the COVID pandemic, we are pleased to announce that we are doing upgrades on our property to again make it available for space rentals in 2024.
We offer outdoor rental space for groups limited to fifty people. Folks who are interested in having small events such as parties, weddings, mini retreats, and celebration of life ceremonies are welcome to check out our facilities.
Our new projects this Spring include putting a roof on our 12 by 28 foot pergola with a roof, allowing for outdoor events in inclement weather.
We are also sprucing up the outdoor seating areas and adding a few more near the pond.
Amenities available on the Serendipity Meadows property are the following:
Outdoors:
● Pavilion with tables and benches
● Large meditation garden with sufficient room for canopies, lawn chairs, and extra tables
● Extra seated areas at scenic areas on the property
● Adequate space to set up event tents in the yard
● A deck at the rear of the house with adequate room for three canopies tables, and chairs
● Portable toilet[s]
● Parking spaces
Indoors:
● A great room with 8’ long trestle table and benches and small sitting area
● A 12 x 26 foot office for small groups of fifteen to eighteen people
● A kitchen for heating and serving food
Rental Fee: $85 per hour including set up and clean up times
A 50% deposit is due at the time of signing the contract.
